USDA choice western steak is from the bottom round. This is an easy steak to fire up the grill to 450 degrees and grill for a total of 10-12 minutes and get that juicy marbeled piece of meat done and ready for dinner. This is available in 1 - 4 lb steaks.  Most packages have two steaks.
